We are a small women-owned business employing IBEW crews highly skilled in all aspects of line work.

S&W Powerline Services, LLC is a small, woman-owned business providing high-voltage electrical utility powerline construction services to federal, state, and local public utilities and private companies throughout the United States. We are headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and specialize in all aspects of power delivery and repair, including transmission, distribution and substation work.

Mission Statement

The Mission of S&W Powerline Services, LLC is to provide safe and timely repairs for public and private electrical power utility companies. We do this utilizing trained International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) employees and by performing repairs on and building new distribution lines, transmission lines, and substations. We also offer natural gas pipeline right of way inspections using UAV equipment and fixed wing aircraft.

As safety is our number one priority, we are proud members of ISNetworld, the global leader in contractor and supplier information management. Through continuous training we strive to maintain a zero accidents workplace. S&W believes in taking ownership of every task and performing work in a safe and timely manner, providing the ultimate value for our customers and the community.
